CONDITIONS
OF RENTAL |

All deposits and payments
are non-refundable.

Lessee agrees to pay 80%
of total invoice amount for any rental or service canceled
later than six weeks prior to ship date.

All balances are due two
weeks prior to event date

In the event of loss or
destruction of the equipment or any of its accessories for
any reason, or the failure to return the same for any reason,
the lessee shall promptly pay the lessor the fair market value
thereof as determined by the lessor.

All lease rates are based
on one 24 hour time period. Sundays and holidays are not included.

Check order carefully BEFORE
and AFTER use for shortage and damage. Notify us IMMEDIATELY
for replacement. NO claims will be honored after use. Please
call our to report a problem. If calling after hour emergency
numbers will be available on the answering service.

Charges are for a one-day
rental unless otherwise specified.

Rental prices are for rental
of equipment only – deliver/pickup and setup/breakdown
services are additional cost.

Customer will be billed
for lost or damaged items. Customer is responsible to protect
all rented items from weather and other damaging factors.
Our insurance does not cover our equipment unless it is in
our possession.

Silver service must be
rinsed immediately after use to avoid damage. DO NOT use cleaners
or polishes.

China, glassware, and flatware
must be rinsed before packing in original containers.

Lessee shall not remove
rented equipment from premises, sub-let, or in any manner
dispose of same without consent of owner.

Lessee agrees to hold lessor
harmless from any liability form use of above equipment

Lessee agrees that all
charges for rental, damage, cleaning, ect., will be paid and
that if necessary, any collection costs or other expense involved
will be borne by him.

A 2% per month late payment
fee will be levied on all past due account, commencing on
end of month following.

Lessee is responsible for
replacement of any damaged linens returned to Performance
Party Rents.

This includes red wine,
candle wax spots, burns or discoloration from cigarettes,
mildew, or any other paraffin product, of any size, found
on linens rented from Performance Party Rents.

Linens are not to be place
in plastic bags for any reason – this will cause mildewing.

All linen hangers must
be returned
-
Do not launder the linens.

No refunds for unused linens
Delivery/Pick Up Conditions |

Unless agreed upon in the
rental contract all delivers and pick-ups are curbside.
-
Performance Party Rents
will deliver the rented equipment to the safest and closest
location to your event site, as the delivery truck can be
readily accessible.

A curbside delivery and
pick up does not include set up and breakdown of rented items.
-
At the scheduled pickup
time all equipment is to be free of debris, re-hung, re-carted,
and all dishes are to be rinsed and re-crated.
-
Performance equipment is
to be placed in the same location in which it was delivered.
-
Failure to comply will
result in additional charges.
